1 · Can't log in

1. Use your own Google account (required for class).
2. Open the student portal and sign in.
3. Still stuck? Email info@helpmecareedu.com with your full name + cohort month. Do not send passwords.

2 · Class is LIVE but my phone did nothing

1. Stay on the student portal — do not hunt for a Join button.
2. Wait up to 30 seconds for auto-join.
3. If a Join button or room code appears, stop and tell your instructor — that is a fail.

3 · Grades / study materials

• Your grades live on the student portal Grade view.
• Study Materials = guides + supply/skill cards together.

4 · Tuition / Cash App questions

Payment messages go to leadership only. Staff will not chase failed Cash App charges from this desk.

5 · Staff / VA

VA team lands at va-portal.html. Access is gated. Alert routing (pipes) is separate from the face.
